Christian Ziegler

Award-winning photojournalist Christian Ziegler specialises in natural history and scientific topics and lives in Panama. His work has been published in GEO and National Geographic, among others. A trained tropical ecologist, he was a communications staff member at the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute (STRI) in Panama for many years and currently works as a photographer for international projects at the Max Planck Institute for Behavioural Biology in Radolfzell on Lake Constance.

Daisy Dent

Ecologist Daisy Dent has been travelling in the tropical rainforests for over 15 years. She has worked in Panama, Brazil and Malaysia, where she did research for her PhD. Dent is a lecturer at the University of Stirling, Scotland, a Humboldt Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Behavioural Biology, Germany and a research associate at STRI in Panama.
