It's not about me

A Retrospective

Over 400-page retrospective by the multi-award-winning star photographer Greg Gorman

Masterful portraits of many celebrities from show business

Many previously unpublished photographs

A time travel through pop culture, with a focus on Hollywood since the seventies

If Sir Elton John writes the foreword and John Waters the epilogue, then we must be talking about a truly great star photographer. In his more than 50 years of work, Greg Gorman has photographed practically everyone who is famous in Hollywood - or who was on the way to becoming a star: He photographed Leonardo di Caprio or Johnny Depp at the beginning of their careers.

He created iconic posters for films like Scarface or Tootsie, as well as record covers for David Bowie or magazine covers for Andy Warhol. All the images speak of the deep connection Gorman builds with his subjects.
